Congratulations to Radu Vintila and Harriet Jordan on their results at the Asian Veteran Fencing Championships in Bangkok, Thailand.
In spite of suffering an injury to his foot only a few days before the competition, Radu competed in the 40-49 Men's Sabre event. He was also a key member of the Men's Sabre Team, which won silver after a closely fought match with China.
Harriet competed in the 50-59 category in Women's Sabre and Women's Foil, achieving silver in the sabre and bronze in the foil. She was also a member of Sabre and Foil Teams, which received silver in each event - against Hong Kong in the Sabre, and China in the Foil.
